Lawrence finishes fourth in elite Chabot Twilight Race

The host Gladiators had some solid performances in a Chabot Twilight Meet on Sept. 24, highlighted by Jacob Lawrence taking fourth place in the men's 5K A race in a time of 14:53.7.
Evan Franco of De Anza won the tight, high-caliber race in 14:49.0.
In the men's 3000 A race, Chabot's Jackson Harper was ninth in a time of 9:50.2. Additionally, Cole Pineda and Ernesto Avalos finished sixth and seventh in the men's 3,000 B race in times of 10:14.7 and 10:20.2. Chabot's Nile Desta was 11th in 10:33.0.
In the men's 5K C, Cahbot's Carlos Lopez was seventh in 18:10.1. In the men's 5K B, Emilio Cazares was 13th in 16:41.9.
