Chabot Cross Country Recap

The Chabot men's cross country team continued to show improvement Wednesday at the Coast Conference Championships at Toro Park in Salinas.

The Glads were third as a team in the 4-mile race. Jhann Alvarez paced the Glads, taking 10th place as an individual in a personal-record time of 22 minutes, 23.20 seconds.

Also for Chabot, Tirdaud Regaly was 13th in 22:42.70, Won Choi was 15th (22:47.20), Kai Emerson was 23rd (PR 23:54), and Richard Gonzalez was 31st (PR 24:51.80.
