The Chabot College women's softball team dropped a doubleheader against Shasta on April 5 in nonconference play, but the Gladiators still managed a few highlights.
For Chabot, the first game featured an Aliya Lubrin single and stolen base; Cherlyn Sandal's two singles and two stolen bases; and Jalen Fa'aita's two singles and two stolen bases.
In Game 2, Chabot's Emilie Vonderheid had a great game going 4 for 4 and scoring a run; Lubrin was 2 for 4 with a sacrifice bunt and three stolen bases; Fa'aita doubled and singled twice; and Briana Arguello doubled and stole two bases.
