The Chabot women's basketball team dropped a 67-53 decision to College of San Mateo on Wednesday in the Gladiators' Coast-North opener.
 
Nyla McCoy paced Chabot with a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds.
 
Jasmine Bertucci had 12 points, and Sydney Muther added eight points and 10 rebounds.
