CHABOT WOMEN MAKE HISTORY

The Chabot women's tennis team completed a remarkable 2022 season with two championships at the CA State tournament in Walnut.
Chabot's Zoe Olmos became the first woman from the college to win a CA State Championship, dating to the first year of the program in 1977.
Olmos and Julie Santiago also won the State Doubles Championship!
Olmos came up through the junior tennis academy run by Chabot Assistant Coach Dmitry Dzyuba — the only male player to win a CA State Singles title in Chabot men's tennis history, in 2003!
The Chabot men's tennis team began almost 60 years ago, in 1963.
