The Glads (20-17, 15-3) have clinched at least a tie for the conference title.
Riley Winchell led the offense going 3 for 4 with a home run, double and four RBIs.
Joe Coupland was 2 for 3 with a home run and four RBIs.
Edward Said worked six strong innings with seven strikeouts and no earned runs.
The Glads also pounded City College of San Francisco 23-4 on Thursday as Terrell Romain hit for the cycle with four RBI. Evan Black was 2 for 2 with a home run, double and three RBI. Braden Spade was 3 for 3 with three doubles and two RBI.
Chabot beat Canada 7-0 on Tuesday as Declan Casey struck out 11 and allowed no runs over 7.0 innings.
Chabot will travel to third-place College of San Mateo on Tuesday and second-place Skyline on Thursday to complete the conference season.
